Memento mori

 

Installation (coffin, mirror, writing, mud)

 

The idea is that you lay in the coffin and see yourself in the mirror hanging above.
We all know we are going to die. But do we really know that? How many of us are truly grateful for breathing? How often do you hear “I am bored”? The length of radius of this Universe equals the length and depth of one’s perception.
What matters is Time given to the physical body that the mind fills and empties. Ashes pierce themselves together to return, but where?
